1. Who we are

Venom Tech SAS is a French simplified joint-stock company. We operate the website https://www.vvvenom.com and the product Venom Astrology — a free Maya nawal calculator, an AI-drafted blog, and additional tradition tools as we add them.

2. What the service is

Venom Astrology offers astrological and spiritual content for entertainment and personal reflection. Day-sign computations are deterministic; written readings are drafted by language models and reviewed by a human editor.

The service is not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Do not rely on a reading to make decisions about your health, money, or relationships in place of a qualified professional. If you're in distress, please reach out to a doctor, therapist, or local emergency service.

3. Acceptance

Using any page on vvvenom.com — reading the blog, running the calculator, opening a future app — counts as acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts and your data

We don't require accounts today. The calculator works without sign-up; the blog is publicly readable.

If we add accounts later, you'll be responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Passwords will be stored as salted hashes, never in clear text. We may suspend an account that's being used to abuse the service.

5. Content rules

Blog posts are drafted by an AI pipeline (DeepSeek via OpenRouter) and edited by a human before publication. Visitors don't author content. There are no public comment threads or user submissions today.

If you spot a mistake or something offensive, email admin@vvvenom.com and we'll fix or remove it.

The site code, design, copy, and brand marks are © Venom Tech SAS, all rights reserved.

Calculator outputs (your Maya day sign, tone number, related glyph) are factual computations from your birth date. You're free to share them, screenshot them, or repost them with attribution to vvvenom.com.

7. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site:

• OpenRouter (DeepSeek model) — drafts blog post text. We pass topic prompts only; no personal data.
• Kubeez — generates blog hero images.
• Cloudflare R2 — hosts those images, in EU regions.
• Bugsnag — collects backend error reports for debugging.

8. Disclaimers and liability cap

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at fifty euros (€50). Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under French law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any visitor or account that misuses the service — for example, scraping at abusive volume, attempting to break authentication, or uploading illegal content if we ever add uploads.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of the city where Venom Tech SAS is registered, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced with a banner on the site for at least seven days. Continued use after the change takes effect counts as acceptance of the new terms.
